With the knowledge that Andrew had within the tips of his finger, showing us all the differences between the two cars, we finally chose the 2017 Imprezza Sport! More

New Crosstrek Purchase I was shopping for a new Crosstrek and happened upon the Subaru of Puyallup. I was met by Jerry Harris who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He located the exact car I was looking for and let me take it for a longer test drive. I ended up trading in my current vehicle and purchasing the new Crosstrek. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and dealing with financing. We did some haggling and ended up with a fair price for the purchase and the trade-in. Jerry did his best to barter on my behalf to get the lowest price. Financing was a little difficult because of my credit, but Jerry and the team at Subaru of Puyallup helped get me into the recent college grad program in order to qualify. Overall, Subaru of Puyallup is a very nice dealership with helpful people. Everyone I met there was helpful, but Jerry was my main point of contact. He programmed my number in his cell and kept in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership and Jerry in particular. More

They were both exceedingly professional from start to finish and did everything they could to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The negotiations were fair and I was not pressured at any point and I felt they were strait forward as well. Dima presented all of my offers to his sales manager, without hesitation, until we were able to come to an agreement. When Dima was out during the week, Helmut took over and the transition was seamless. If you do your research and come prepared, you will be able to get fair market value for the car you are purchasing and the one you are selling. More
