Worst Service Department Went in for an oil change and a car wash. They told me my car was done so I went out to my car only to find out it hadn't been washed. When I asked them to wash it, she said we're short staffed but I'll get someone to wash it. Fifteen minutes later, they said it was washed. Nope just washed the windows but my car was still dirty and looked like crap. If you say you're going to wash it, do it right. They don't even vacuum the front out for you, all my other dealerships do. Worst detail department, can't even wash a car right! More

Even the gentleman from service came out to talk to me about the vehicle's history and warranty. I left that same day knowing I had found my heart car - features, function, color, form - all of it. After the deal was done Dima still made himself readily available to answer questions and ensure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. After driving off the lot I later noticed a paint scrape on the passenger-side mirror. Dima said bring it in and their detailers will take care of it right away.
