I appreciated that he was not pushy, just straight forward and took his time showing and explaining features of the car on the test drive. He was patient with us and very accommodating. He made sure we got everything we wanted in the car including the color. They did not have the color there and he found one and he had it delivered the next day for pick up. I bought the car as I fell in love with it the moment I got behind the wheel and our outstanding experience with Daniel. Coming from another state which I had a preferred dealership that took care of all my needs, I wanted the same service and relationship as my other dealership. Looked around and visited many dealerships. I drive 40 miles to Puyallup. I have developed a relationship which have been happy. They were the only dealership that reminded me of my old one back home. I feel welcomed and at ease when purchasing or getting service. I recommend this dealership. Yes I can go get a standard oil change at any dealership, but I know that I don't have to worry about my vehicles when they are left in their hands. Thank you for all you do! MOD More

I bought my Subaru from this dealership because I was reassured that because I live a good distance away if I’m coming in for service or warranty work I could have a loaner. I now have 2 warranty issues, reassured that because I live a good distance away if I’m coming in for service or warranty work I could have a loaner. I now have 2 warranty issues, 2 recalls and general maintenance. I call and make an appointment and told that yes I could have a loaner. Call to verify this morning before I start the 2 hour drive to be told that I need to hang out and no loaner. I rearranged my day around dropping this off. They claim to have hassle free stress free service. That is a joke. They don’t follow through with promises from the salesman to the service advisor. I actually became a Subaru Ambassador because I love the car but I will never recommend this dealership again. I will post on all my social media about how they do not keep promises. I’ve never received my cover for the back area and Austin promised that. Long story.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING YANKED AROUND AND LIED TOO! Pablo Medina was arguably a blessing in disguise. I walked into the shop and wanted to look with a thought of purchasing at a price I thought was right, knowing it would most likely not happen. With that he even fought tooth and nail and got me not only a price I thought I would never get but even got me some services and items thrown in free. He also managed to save me money in the long run with knowledge of the system at work and got me a better loan than what my own bank was offering. *******STRESS FREE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE ******* 10/27/19 My daughter, Kaylah, spouse, Erica & myself stopped by to shop for the subcompact vehicles. They were shopping around between the Honda CRV & 10/27/19 My daughter, Kaylah, spouse, Erica & myself stopped by to shop for the subcompact vehicles. They were shopping around between the Honda CRV & the Subaru Forrester. We test drove the Subaru Forrester. It was a nice & smooth ride. Ren, our guy was very thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicles. He explained the differences between the Honda CRV and the Subaru Forrester. Ren has a history & experience with selling Honda vehicles. He does not knock Hondas at all as his Mom owns one too. All in all, it took about 2 1/2hrs to complete and we went home with the new Subaru. Subaru finance was able to beat the rate from NavyFCU. This was not a typical negotiation back and forth tactic. This process was easy, stress free and seamless. Husband & I have bought many cars from dealerships. I'd have to say, this is the best car buying experience I've had this far.
