I'm not sure who Mark Graham is so I did not rate him but Don was fantastic along with the finance guy they're both spot on. And overall great experience got exactly what we wanted. Everything about the experience was great except for the detailing department. They missed several areas of very noticeable dirtyness in the car I was buying but the salesman took it back to the back for a detailing department. They missed several areas of very noticeable dirtyness in the car I was buying but the salesman took it back to the back for a redo and while it came back cleaner than before, there was still plenty of dirtieness that should not be in a new car. The detail department either didnt know how to clean it properly or just simply did not care and they need to take their position more seriously and do their job to the same standard as the rest of the people I've dealt with there. When you have a nice dealership, friendly staff and then spend $30,000 on a car just to have to get it professionally detailed after the in house "professionals" fail to do twice, it takes away from the fun and amexcitemebt of getting a new car. I would definately come back and do it all over again though. I just might set aside the $$ for a proper cleaning afterwards ✌️ More
