Spencer is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help to unwind a warranty issue regarding an ongoing concern with my outback. Spencer is and has always been a pleasure to work with and his competency regarding product is at a level that deserves attention. He is deserving of reaching higher ranks with Subaru. More

Brian Skelton (Service Manager) was extremely concerned about my situation regarding an ongoing service issue/ warranty problem that Spencer Whitney had been monitoring for several months. Together as a team they listened, took detailed notes regarding the service issue and reached up the ranks to resolve this issue with great professionalism. It has been a pleasure working with such amazing service and upper management that represent Subaru and keep the customer and future customer "happy". I am more than pleased and hope young men like this are recognized for future promotions and recognition. Though I am still waiting for a call about my radio - err, almost a month later, overall they do a good job. Austin in Service Dept is always very helpful, but he was supposed to call me and I haven't h err, almost a month later, overall they do a good job. This center did not show the professionalism expected. The service person could not answer a question about my vehicle and would not even take the time to help find the answer…auto was not cleaned as expe The service person could not answer a question about my vehicle and would not even take the time to help find the answer…auto was not cleaned as expected and was dripping wet when completed…. I traded my Wilderness for an Ascent. Two months later I received toll violations from State of Maryland from the automobile I traded in to dealership. I was told I would be reimbursed from dealership because the vin# on the Wilderness was never transferred to the new owner. I traded the Wilderness on July 25 and received the summonses in September. I have not received my reimbursement as to date. I love my Subaru but this dealership is no longer on my radar. More
