Worth the drive I had a very pleasurable experience with Subaru of Port Richey in the recent purchase of my 2017 outback. My contact started through Bill Carey and t I had a very pleasurable experience with Subaru of Port Richey in the recent purchase of my 2017 outback. My contact started through Bill Carey and the internet sales department. The fact that I live nearly an hour away and there are 4 other dealerships closer than the Port Richey dealership attests to the level of service and openness I received from Bill that lead me to make the drive out forgoing visits to closer dealerships. I came on the very busy Memorial weekend but was quickly greeted by Mike Munce who took care of me through the whole purchasing process. Mike and I a quick meeting with Bill and then Mike took me out to look at the outback. Mike gave me the most thorough rundown of the car/features/test drive/ etc that I have ever had in a purchasing experience. If I was not impressed by the car on paper before coming into the dealership after the test drive I can't imagine why anybody would buy anything else. The rest of the purchasing experience with Kevin Beattie in finance was very straight forward with no surprises. I even got some pizza :) More

I feel that they both had earned our trust, which is saying alot because who can trust car dealers anyway? They also honor what I call the "art of the deal". The simplicity of buying, our best interest they looked out for. We had walked in with our own financing, however, they beat the interest rate with letting them do the shopping around for financing.
