Disappointment Averted When I called a week in advance to set up an appointment for service I was told a loaner would be available for me. To his credit, the service rep put a rush on my service and I only waited 30 minutes to have an answer to my problems with the vehicle. They did not have the parts necessary so I was told I would be called when the part does in fact arrive to their location. More
