"Feel like family" Let's face it, Subaru is a reliable, safe, awesome vehicle to drive. If it was not for routine maintenance, I wouldn't be back at the dealership other than to buy a new car, but I must say I look forward to going to get my 2014 Subaru Crosstrex serviced at Lokey Subaru of Port Richey. I arrive at the dealer ship which is always kept prestine and clean with an extensive inventory displayed over the intire dealership. From the moment I arrive I have always been treated with respect and in a professional manner. Inside the dealership is just as prestine as the outside. The waiting area is like going to a 5 star hotel, with WiFi, TV, beaverags and freshly made popcorn to keep yourself entertained while your vehicle is being serviced. When my vehicle is ready to go home it's always nice to see how they covered the floor and seats with protective covers, not even a hand print on the door or hood. What makes this dealership stand out from others is I didn't even buy the car new from them and they still treat me like family. I'm a transplant from outer state. I'm a Veteran of the United States Army which I was a mechanic. Believe me when I tell you I look over the car to check there work, pure profection. You can tell ALL the people there take pride in there work ! Thank You Lokey Port Richey! More

Unnecessary visit I had purchased a used Outback from another dealership and when it needed it's service Port Richey was the closest dealership. My experience was great I had purchased a used Outback from another dealership and when it needed it's service Port Richey was the closest dealership. My experience was great, until one month later when I saw oil on the floor of my garage, had not seen it prior as I was parking on grass driveway. I looked underneath and saw oil around the drain plug, and oil all over the underside of the car. I took it back and it was the crush washer. The service guy asked who had serviced it before as they had not replaced the crush washer which is supposed to be done every oil change, I told him THEY had 4 weeks prior. He still tried to play it off on another service center. Bottom line they replaced it, stopped the oil leak, BUT it still took me an hour drive each way, plus fuel, plus my wait time.....if it had been done right the first time that would have saved me the almost 3 hours out of my day, and the cost of fuel.....perhaps an offer of a discount next visit would have been appropriate! More
