Great sales staff Purchased a Forrester using internet pricing. Online sales rep was great. When we got to the dealer the online rep (can't rememberer name) was off so Lou Melendez finished the process and handled the negotiation, delivery, etc. Great experience would definitely there and work with Lou again. Fair negotiation, nice guy. Did not feel like the stereotypical dealer experience. I was pleasantly surprised! More

Charged for repairs that was Subaru's fault. Check engin and other indicators on. Went to the Subaru service center.Test said that there was a problem with the braking system. The defect in the Subaru braking system was said by the service manager that it thcould cause the brakes to lock up while driving. I asked..."Thats not a recal item?" NO! he said I had the repairs done with a few other minor repairs that came out to $1200 plus change. 90% was the Subaru defective brake system. I'm no longer inpressed with the notion of "Subaru Integrity". Their fault....should be THEIR problem. It became mine alone...! Only good thing...Greg Meyer.... Makes ya feel at home. More

I have not dealt with all your employees, but I trust they are as excellent as Jesse and Sher, so that new clients will have a wonderful experience in shopping for a car. More
Average I have seen better service centers. No one is out front to greet you unless you are looking to buy a car. Two times I have taken the car to get deta I have seen better service centers. No one is out front to greet you unless you are looking to buy a car. Two times I have taken the car to get detailed at 135 dollars a visit and both times the car was brought back to me still dirty. I left the car overnight and did not get the car back until 5pm. A call informing me of the status at some point would have been nice. Instead I called them around 2pm to find out when or if the car was done yet. I do not live close to this location and had to race to the shop before the service rep left for the day, they did not finish the car until the service center was closing. As for the detail, I would not have cared if it was just a car wash but the rep had informed me that it was to be detailed to a show room finish. Both times I got the car back with leaves still in the window and in the trunk doors. The second time some kind of oil was used on the leather and it was dirty. It was like someone used a dirty rag or just rubbed the existing dirt around with oil. Maybe they just sprayed it with oil and never wiped it down, not sure. If you wiped your finger across the leather it was gritty and a residue of oil and black dirt was left on your hand. I showed the rep and he asked "is there anything we could do?" not what I was looking for. Sales reps are nice but nothing above average about this particular dealership. I am not a huge Ford fan but if you want to see an above average service center, check out Karl Flammer Ford. Had to take my company vehicle there once and I was amazed at how friendly and awesome the service was. A young man greeted me as I pulled in followed by a rep who quickly took my information down, showed me to the doughnuts, coffee and TV. I was up and running in a reasonable amount of time, while updating me on its status through the duration of the visit. More
