Courtesy Was promptly greeted upon my arrival at the service center. I love the fact that the waiting area has complimentary wi-fi and coffee/tea/water. We literally wandered in during a rain storm looking to research our next purchase and we drove away in a green Forester. The process was quick and surprisingly easy. Frank was amazing. He had such patience with Al. I felt like he really wanted to match us up with the perfect vehicle for our boat and driving needs. The Frank made us feel like family.
