Subaru of Port Richey responded

We were unable to get you your loan because you were moving. We tried our best to get you that loan but the stability of the address and the employment stability was the reason Subaru would not cooperate with us. We are sorry for this inconvenience. The 100 doc fee is charged with any auto loan its the fee that every bank will charge to process your documents. That's why it only shows on you bank contract and not your bill of sale. I apologize that this wasn't explained better.

1) You are expected to tell a customer whats going on well in advance when you run the credit checks. What's the whole point of running a check and INFORMING a customer that he/she qualifies for the best deal. Come delivery day, shocker! Even better, don't disclose it. If the customer asks, respond! If not, you guys make a bounty! 2) And whatever documentation fees it is SHOULD be included in the OUT THE DOOR PRICE. It wouldn't be called an OTD price if its subject to change. Especially when you know that the customer was looking to finance the vehicle 3) A big thing like a registration address change needs to be communicated to a customer. No one gives you the right to make decisions on a customer's behalf unless you have the power of attorney which you clearly didn't have in my case 4) You guys need to own your mistakes and do the right thing instead of trying to getaway with the "banks control the APR" game. I can tell you for sure that I was able to drive away atleast a 500 people(from the University of Florida) away from doing business with you. Waiting to take it to Twitter and get this looked at by Subaru in detail.
