Without going into my visit to the Service Department in detail, I will say that my automotive repair experience for my Subaru was not going the way Without going into my visit to the Service Department in detail, I will say that my automotive repair experience for my Subaru was not going the way I felt it should. The Service MGR (Mr. Wanamaker) took over the helm and ensured that my car was repaired promptly and properly! He even took me in to speak with the AC Mechanic (Mr. Abramovitch) to ensure that I understood what the problem was and what options I had available to get my vehicle repaired. I left there feeling very satisfied with the results and can not thank them enough for their professional customer service skills.
