Purchasing a car and specifically a used car can be a very stressful experience if you are not purchasing from a non-major dealership. There are many ‘used car lots’ around and you always hear the bad stories and experiences sometimes too late - usually after the sale has been made. Our dealings with Tony right from the very start were nothing but positive. His friendly and welcoming personality, non-pressure attitude, product knowledge, listening skill and integrity shone brightly. Coupled with incredible customer service skills we knew right from the very start that we were in good hands. The car we chose needed some some minor ‘clean up’ and all was done quickly and efficiency to our utmost satisfaction. Their detail department made the car look like brand new, and I am a very fussy person. Everyone we dealt with during the whole sales process were amazing.
