I am unable to recommend or not recommend as I’m continuing to be patient with my salesman who is not getting back to me to discuss a question I have about my itemized bill. He was great at selling then afterwards I have reached out to him several times. Even though he was on vacation for a long weekend last weekend I know he’s back. Since then I have sent him two emails, the second one yesterday asking him to respond to my em two days prior. He DID respond saying he was off and would call me today. I’m still waiting for his call. I’ve been ignoring a few surveys from the dealership because I don’t want to give negative feedback. In my mind this is not a good indication as I mentioned to him that this situation is time sensitive because my thirty days to settle any issue is approaching. More

I have completed this review previously and did not recommend the dealership because I was unable to get my salesperson to respond to concerns and questions about my purchase agreement. I was being patient and knew that he had a five-day vacation, but I felt since it was time sensitive I would address it via my (initial) survey response. I am happy to return to this survey and state that I have spoken with my salesperson, he addressed my questions, and I am satisfied with the outcome. I appreciate that despite what I considered a delay in communicating that the salesman took my concerns seriously and the dealership did not delay or hesitate to resolve the matter. I am happy to recommend this dealership and sincerely appreciate how they have treated me. More
