The reason for a rating of 4 is that we received a trade in amount on my vehicle that was insulting. They offered us $4000 and tried to convince us that this was all it was worth. Manager low balled me on trade by 7K requiring me to negotiate a more fair deal. Unusual situation as trade was worth more than vehicle I purchased but was told at end of deal that it would take 30 days negotiate a more fair deal. Unusual situation as trade was worth more than vehicle I purchased but was told at end of deal that it would take 30 days for me to get my check. I’m sure if I owed them money I would have to pay it then and there. Not sure why it shouldn’t be the same for them. I’m now an unsecured creditor and have to trust they will pay me what they owe. When I made my point they acted offended as opposed to apologizing for the delay in me getting my money. More
