We have been searching for a specific Forester for months. Lokey came through for us. Chris, our salesman was great to work with. The last time I went here I was hassled by the parts department about returning a part that I no longer needed. I was originally told I would have to eat the cost of the part ($140) because it’s “too mu department about returning a part that I no longer needed. I was originally told I would have to eat the cost of the part ($140) because it’s “too much of a hassle to send the emails back and forth for restock.” Quite frankly, I don’t care if it’s a hassle or not to send a part back, that a customer no longer needs, only because it’s not an item that doesn’t sell often and you don’t want to stock it in your inventory. Whether you want to stock it or not, that’s really not my problem. After the parts/service manager agreed send the part back to the warehouse after I pay a restocking fee, he told me that next time he will implement a no-refund policy. That’s totally ridiculous, it’s not like I’m trying to return a used part, it was brand new still in the box. Get a grip More

I had asked for an evaluation of my car’s trade in value while my car was being serviced. Because I was in conversation with a sales person, service chose not to tell me my car was ready 2 hours for an oil while my car was being serviced.
