Bought 2015 Lincoln MKC in late October 2021 at this dealership. Purchased a basic maintenance plan - and had oil changes free as long as I own the car. Sounds great, right? I’m in Miami less than two dealership. Purchased a basic maintenance plan - and had oil changes free as long as I own the car. Sounds great, right? I’m in Miami less than two months of purchase date with a dead battery and ALL my fluids super low even though I just had an oil change/ fluids checked - no one serviced my vehicle as stated - car cleaned, vacuumed and such for every maintenance scheduled. Oil was changed and that was it. In short, extremely disappointed. Purchased a $200 battery now because the dealer opted to not address that simple item when selling the vehicle AND the service scheduled - oil change, fluids checked, car cleaned - was not executed properly. All of this is my fault for trusting and not asking/verifying. Beware when buying/servicing your vehicle here. Ask, ask and ask some more. More
