I scheduled an appointment, for Saturday, January 8, after I received an email from Subaru about a recall for my 2020 Outback Ascent Touring car. When I called the Subaru service department at Lokey after I received an email from Subaru about a recall for my 2020 Outback Ascent Touring car. When I called the Subaru service department at Lokey Subaru in Port Richey, Florida, and asked the Manager how long it would take to service my car, and what aspect about the recall my car would be worked on, he told me that “he had no idea.” He also told that the Lokey dealership office department “don’t know what they are doing, scheduling appointments.” So, if I had not called Lokey Subaru service department on January 8, I would have driven 35 miles from my home in Lutz, Florida, for nothing! I went to get an oil change and they informed me that I have dry rot on my tires and needed to replace them. They never showed me the tire itself just a diagram. Tire kingdom told me that I had at least 10-15,000 miles until I needed new ones. I’m very disappointed and disgusted. I truly expected more from Subaru. More

The service department management goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service they give. They are aways willing to answer any questions you may have. The waiting area is spacious to make sure you are satisfied with the service they give. They are aways willing to answer any questions you may have. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and they have great snacks and beverage that are well wrapped. WiFi is also available. The cushioned seats are very comfortable. It's like waiting in the comfort of a living room while your car is being serviced. I have purchased 3 Subaru Forresters from this dealership. Love my Subaru. It saved my life when I was in a very service accident. Broke many bones when I was hit by a truck, had a punctured and collapsed lung also, but I lived. More
