Bought 1st Outback from this dealership, went back to lease another new outback and they would not even deal with us. Told Todd Cross what it would take for us to lease again and they were over $150.00 o lease another new outback and they would not even deal with us. Told Todd Cross what it would take for us to lease again and they were over $150.00 over what we wanted to pay. They gave us the price and didn't offer any other price. Then we wanted to buy outright and they wanted to charge us $2000.00 over what we owed on the car. They wanted $1,000.00 for a service fee. When ask what it was for they just said that they did nothing for the $1000.00 it was just a fee they charge. We told them we would not pay them more than we owe on the car and they said well it has to be paid. We walked out of the dealership. Todd Cross called us at home and tried to get us to buy a new car at the price he quoted us and I said no the payment has to be the amount we told you. He said no he can't do that. Ok then we went to buying out our lease and again I was told $2000.00 over what we were owed on our 2019 Outback. Told him I would not pay over what we owed. He was rude and treated us like old people who would believe anything he told us. He said to me "I have been selling cars for 3 years and they have always charged $1000.00 for the service charge and that every dealership in Florida charges this fee. I told him that I had been buying cars for 50 years and never paid this fee so what was his point. We would not now or ever pay this dealership $2000.00 over what we owed on this 3 year old car. At that moment I knew we would not be doing business with this dealership again. I have sent a couple of people to them and they had bought cars from them. Too bad that this dealership does not put any loyalty to there previous customers. I called all of the dealerships in my area and they said that this dealer should wave this fee for previous good customers. He also told us that to end the lease and buy it outright we would have to go with them and pay the $2000.00 over the end payment of the lease. We did not have to do this. I called the lease company and they told me how I could pay it off. We went to the bank and secured a loan and sent the check to the Lease company and the car is now ours and the banks. I also called Subaru of America and wrote a complaint about this dealership and the young man I talked to said that it was not the Subaru way of doing business but that every dealer is independent and could do what they wanted. I told him that they should not be their slogan Feel the Love because after this experience I am not feeling the Love. Every one should get all of the facts before they lease or buy a new car because there is the fine details that they slip in and just don't mention it. I will not buy another car from this dealership ever.! Answers to the questions below there was no home delivery More
