Brought my car in (under warranty) on June 20, and was told that I needed two parts (emissions stuff?), and that it probably would be 2-3 weeks. On July 11 (3 weeks later) I called and was told one part told that I needed two parts (emissions stuff?), and that it probably would be 2-3 weeks. On July 11 (3 weeks later) I called and was told one part was in hand, but the other was not. Today is July 22. Still no update on the other part. Meanwhile, because the "check engine" light is on, my cameras and other safety features are not operable. I understand there are supply chain issues, but maybe y'all should consider giving updates to customers who are in limbo? In my case, I'm leaving on a trip in a couple of weeks and I'd like to know I'm 100% when I head out. ... That said, I have been very pleased otherwise with customer service at this dealership. More

Took Forester in for an oil change. I explain to the woman that checked me in for service, that I needed the oil change and just the car gone over to make sure everything else is OK. Tech came Back with dirty cabin air filter which I told him to replace. The tech also.said back left tire wears uneven, he should have suggested put spare tire on car. At that time I was dealing with my elderly mother and wasn’t thinking to tell him to do that. He said the spare looked just fine. He should’ve suggested that I put that tire on the car. I think he was just trying to get me to get an alignment or buy new tires. That’s what he was getting at. If only one tire is showing wear , And usually on the outside of the tire, that’s usually indicative of improper inflation of the tire. Not sure if he checked out the tire pressures. Next time I come down to Florida I’ll have to bring the car in to have that checked out. Overall I wasn’t satisfied in the service center. I did not appreciate the fact of being spoken to like I am some dumb woman. Never do that. I do know a little bit about cars because my father owned a service station. And I ask a usually lot of questions. However at that time was of the essence and I needed to get back to my mother. More
