Mr. Whitney was very helpful with our initial problem for which we are very grateful. He stayed in touch with as we drove from West Virginia to Fl. Told us where to go for diagnostic codes and made sure h which we are very grateful. He stayed in touch with as we drove from West Virginia to Fl. Told us where to go for diagnostic codes and made sure he had the parts on hand for when we got there on Monday. Even had the car washed. But, when fixing that problem they found our headlight was burned out. We told them to replace it, which they did. After picking the car up ( in the daylight) came to find out that night that light was pointing to the ground and to the left. After calling and leaving 3 messages no one ever called back. Had to have someone else fix it. More
