I was undecided initially about the potential purchase of a Subaru. I came in to have an oil change and have a rear wiper blade replaced. I spoke with Neal and asked him if I might be able to see my car while it was up on the lift. I would just like to say that I already had high praise for this dealership, after speaking with Marc and getting to see the workshop I will undoubtedly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett to anyone looking to service or purchase a car. Not only was Marc knowledgable about Subaru and its vehicles but he was friendly, personable and he took the time to ensure that i was satisfied with the condition of my car and the work that I was having done. I informed Neal that I would like to request Marc as my mechanic in the future and I will gladly drive the 35 minutes north to service my Subaru at this dealership. More

I currentyly own a 2002 Impreza, Subaru of Gwinnett has taken absolute care of me and all of my automotive needs. I have nothing but good things to say about them, I have purchased many aftermarket accesso taken absolute care of me and all of my automotive needs. I have nothing but good things to say about them, I have purchased many aftermarket accessories (clutch, lightweight flywheel, exhaust, etc...) for my vehicle and Subaru of Gwinnett was always there to install my parts, service my vehicle and give me advice on uprgading caring for my car. Although my car is 10 years old I always get an awesome loaner when my vehicle is being serviced. I am a subaru loyalist and will be purchasing my 3rd new subbie from Subaru of Gwinnett. If you hate fast, friendly and professional service, please go somewhere else! More

Alyssa met me at my car and greeted me. When I told her my name, she knew what work I had scheduled for my car. During the work Jill kept me appraised of what they were doing, what they were finding and h my name, she knew what work I had scheduled for my car. I also worked with Gary, who showed me a few cars. Very friendly sales and service conversations from both Gary and Neal. I test drove both the Legacy Sedan and the WRX 4-door.
