This is my second Subaru and the experience of dealing with SOG was great. I especially liked working with Lance. By the time I contacted Subaru of Gwinnett i was tired of dealing with sales people, and tired of looking for a 5-door Impreza with sunroof. Though i was very nervous to buy sight unseen he gave me info on the car that helped me feel comfortable with the purchase. My husband and I went to Subaru to see if they had any used Forester's within our price range. Even though they did not have what we were looking for, a salesman, by the name of Lance, took time with us used Forester's within our price range. Even though they did not have what we were looking for, a salesman, by the name of Lance, took time with us to test drive a Forester so we could see how it handled. Well, we fell in love with it and came back the next day to buy a brand new one. I am sure that we were the last two people on earth that Lance thought would buy a new car, but his knowledge of the vehicle blew us away. He literally sold this car to us with no pressure to buy. Fantastic experience. (Be sure to ask for Lance when you visit the dealership to buy your new Subaru.) We were extremely impressed by the way the dealership as a whole treated us as customers. They did not block the door while trying to talk us into buying a car as other dealerships have done. They were all friendly and helpful. We can tell you that by far, the contact with the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership and Lance Willhite especially were the best of all of our dealings during a stressful period in our lives! Lance was extremely friendly and professional by phone and email and when we arrived at the dealership for a test drive, we found all of the persons there to be friendly and sociable.
