Although there was a glitch in the ordering process when Subaru of America missed the promised delivery window by several weeks, Lance, Jennifer and SOG stepped up on my behalf to make everything right. The extra weeks of waiting were worth it - and I absolutely love my Forester! I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Subaru of Gwinnett! Thank you again Lance and Jennifer! More
I originally rated my experience with SoG as a 5 on Dealerrater, but since then I have been disappointed in my experience. I was told when test driving the car about how they have someone there that i Dealerrater, but since then I have been disappointed in my experience. I was told when test driving the car about how they have someone there that is an expert in modding vehicles and that though i was concerned with the car having enough power, that they regularly make changes to the 2.5i that adds power, like tuning.chipping. Turns out none of these are options on the 2.5i. I feel like it was an honest mistake that sales person made, but I'm surprised at how little the dealer cares about the mistake. the sales manager didn't return my call, the GM Steve Kendricks didn't return my call, but had the service manager call. the service manager was very nice but passed me an option that might work and wished me luck. I didn't pay that much money for a car, just to go and experiment on things that might work. One person told me to try lighter tires to make better use of what power i have, but when i talked to the dealer they said thats not going to make much difference. Last week the service manager said it would. I'm very open to solutions, but 6 months of investigating this with little help is aggravating. I should not have to spend my money hoping to someday make this car the car that was sold to me. Its disappointing that no one at the dealer will own the mistake and help me with the experimentation that they want me to do. I even asked if they have light wheels i could try to see if it matters. no response. i asked if they would help me out with trading the car on one with more power and i didn't get a response to that either. i like the salesman at SoG and I've referred people to him - i would buy another car from him. I just don't think i should have to deal with their mistake all on my own. its very disappointing that the management there is not concerned with this enough to contact me. More

I am a first time Subaru OUTBACK owner and really appreciate the attentiveness and assistance as I became familiar with my new vehicle. The relationship and care has continued on as my car has now reached the 45000 mile marker! The facility is also exceptional ALWAYS exceptionally clean ,welcoming,and comfortable! The service personnel are attentive and right on target every time! 43e I have never had to bring my auto back due to any service issue. I have had my 2007 Subaru Tribeca for 5 years this month and my husband has a 2008 Outback. I take my car in for an oil change every 3,000 miles and I live in Gainesville, GA and I drive to Subaru of Gwinn and my husband has a 2008 Outback. I take my car in for an oil change every 3,000 miles and I live in Gainesville, GA and I drive to Subaru of Gwinnett to have my maintence and any work done. It is mainly because of Jill Thurston that my husband and I return to Gwinnett even tho there are a lot of miles between us. While it was the overall value of the 2012 Subaru Impreza hatchback that eventually won me over, Lance was definitely one of the best car salesmen that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. On my several visits to the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership that spanned over a year, he was always friendly and courteous and never pushy. His enthusiasm for the Subaru brand and some related Internet videos sold me on Subaru’s all wheel drive. So after test-driving the competitor’s models and saving up money for over a year, the timing was right when Lance followed up. Also thanks to Jim Heet for showing me the 2011 Impreza WRX. A great car value when it comes to performance, but not as practical from a fuel economy standpoint. But should Subaru ever marry the fuel economy of their 2012 Subaru Impreza with the performance of their BRZ or WRX, I'll be back. More

Jill listens, is friendly, thoughtful, considerate and goes over the work needed as well as the invoice with me. She is one of the reasons I am a faithful customer. The extras are much appreciated - a loaner car for big service, the clean restroom, and the very accommodating waiting room. More
