I had a great experience purchasing my new Crosstrek at Subaru of Gwinnett from Swindia (and Mike, the sales manager). They were very straightforward, fair, and friendly. We ended up settling on a great Subaru of Gwinnett from Swindia (and Mike, the sales manager). They were very straightforward, fair, and friendly. We ended up settling on a great price that I felt was really fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any friends interested in purchasing a new Subaru. More
We just had the best car buying experience. We usually shop at Carmax to avoid dealerships and dealers in general. But I had my eyes on the 2013 Subaru Crosstrek and knew I'd have to go to the dealership shop at Carmax to avoid dealerships and dealers in general. But I had my eyes on the 2013 Subaru Crosstrek and knew I'd have to go to the dealership to get it. We picked Subaru of Gwinnett because of its rating, location, and because they had the car I wanted in the trims/colors I wanted (unlike the other dealerships in Atlanta- which had poor selections). We were greeted by Jim Heet as soon as we got on the lot and he was very nice. We loved that he didn't waste time trying to bash other vehicles we told him we planned to look at, instead he just told us what the Subaru offered- and that was really what sold us on the car before we even got a chance to look at anything else! Jim never rushed, haggled, or pressured us. Additionally, he made sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered. Every person that we interacted with during the car buying process at Subaru of Gwinnett was nice and helpful. Subaru of Gwinnett was even able beat the rate our bank gave us on the loan, and they did it in a fraction of the time we had to wait for our bank to do it. We would recommend Subaru of Gwinnett to anyone looking to buy a car, we are very pleased not only with our vehicle, but the deal we got (didn't even feel the need to negotiate!), and especially the service we received. Go there before you go anywhere else and be sure to see if Jim is available! More

We drove down to Atlanta to buy a used Forester, and just to be on the safe side, we took the vehicles we were considering to Gwinnett Subaru for pre-purchase inspections. They found two hidden problems on o to be on the safe side, we took the vehicles we were considering to Gwinnett Subaru for pre-purchase inspections. They found two hidden problems on one, both of them in the very earliest stages, but which would have cost us over $3500 to repair had we bought the car. Which we didn't. On the other car, they did an extremely thorough job, even taking us back and putting the car back up on the lift so they could show us every single detail. The tech, Terry, was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient, and answered every question we had - plus a few we hadn't thought of, even to the point of accurately guessing how close to the ocean the car had lived, based on the amount of rust relative to the age and mileage. We came away feeling completely confident that not a single bolt on that car had been overlooked. The service advisor, Jill, was the person with whom we had the most contact on both days, and I can not imagine any customer service person representing the dealership better than she did. This woman knows Subarus, period. I don't believe there is a single thing that can go wrong with a Subaru that she hasn't seen before and knows when she sees it again. We talked for well over an hour altogether, and the woman is a veritable Subaru encyclopedia. If we lived in Atlanta, or anywhere near it, they would be my service dealership just because of her, because I am completely confident that nothing would slip past her. Excellent person to deal with as well. It's rare to meet someone who so completely masters every aspect of their job the way she seems to. If Jill and Terry are an indication of what kind of people Gwinnett Subaru hires and trains, you don't need to go to any other dealership for your Subaru needs. You could not be in better hands. More

I was greeted immediately with courtesy and assured my car would be attended to promptly. Mybcar had and A/C issue and a recall item. Jill kept me informed of what was wrong and the progress. I was very pleased. This dealership is further away from me than another but, this is where I will go because they actually treat you like they care about your car and your business. More
I recently purchased a new car from Gary Sikes at Subaru of Gwinnett. I dreaded looking for a new car because of the way I had been treated in the past by sales people and dealerships. Gary made my car bu of Gwinnett. I dreaded looking for a new car because of the way I had been treated in the past by sales people and dealerships. Gary made my car buying experience very positive from the time I walked in the door to test drive, all the way through delivery. I really appreciated his laid back, no pressure approach to selling cars! He is not your stereotypical car sales person. I still can't believe how fast he got me this car! Tuesday morning I gave him a deposit and he located the car I wanted. It was being delivered on a truck to Kennesaw. The next morning, he had it driven down to his dealership, prepped, all the paper work done, and delivered to me all within a few hours. They really know what they are doing over there! I just have to say that I absolutely LOVE my new 2014 Outback 3.6R Limited! I love how it looks, it drives and handles the road SO nice, it's very comfortable, and fun to drive! I also love the colors inside and out, Carbide gray with charcoal leather. The interior to me looks and feels like it could compete with some of the more expensive higher end imports. So, I feel like I am driving a luxury car without looking pretentious and didn't spend a small fortune getting what I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase and I am sure that I will be driving this car for many years! I can't wait to take it up to our cabin in the north Georgia mountains and drive it on the gravel mountain roads. Gary also gave me some great advice by telling me to make sure that I cancel my extended warranty on the car that I traded in. He said that I would get some money back. I would not have even thought about that. I cancelled it yesterday and I am getting back $976!!! Big bonus!!! I have to say that everyone I met, while at the dealership, was so friendly and good at what they do. It was a pleasure doing business with them! In the future, when I have friends or family looking for a car, I will definitely tell them to go to Subaru of Gwinnett and ask for Gary Sikes. More
I purchased a brand new impreza WRX in August 2012. At 9k miles the engine started making a tapping noise so i took it to the dealership. here is what happened: first of all it took them a full week to 9k miles the engine started making a tapping noise so i took it to the dealership. here is what happened: first of all it took them a full week to even call us with any information about the car, and they immediately started accusing me of tuning the car and racing it when the only thing i had done to the car was replace the stock muffler with magnaflow exhaust. they said that had nothing to do with what went wrong with the engine. Then, they tried telling me that the oil filter and oil was never changed and that the warranty as voided because of that. so what happened with all that stuff about me tuning the engine? but that is besides the point... because i took the car to get the oil changed at 3000 miles and I showed them the reciept i had for doing that. Herb Hoffman was the man we were in communication with during all this and after constantly accusing us of things that were not true. even if the oil filter was not changed, how would the engine blow up at 9000 miles? You would think they would stand behind their product enough to fix it with no problem since it is under warranty. More
