My husband and I went to Subaru to see if they had any used Forester's within our price range. Even though they did not have what we were looking for, a salesman, by the name of Lance, took time with us used Forester's within our price range. Even though they did not have what we were looking for, a salesman, by the name of Lance, took time with us to test drive a Forester so we could see how it handled. Well, we fell in love with it and came back the next day to buy a brand new one. I am sure that we were the last two people on earth that Lance thought would buy a new car, but his knowledge of the vehicle blew us away. He literally sold this car to us with no pressure to buy. Fantastic experience. (Be sure to ask for Lance when you visit the dealership to buy your new Subaru.) We were extremely impressed by the way the dealership as a whole treated us as customers. They did not block the door while trying to talk us into buying a car as other dealerships have done. They were all friendly and helpful. We love our new Subaru and if and when we buy another vehicle, this dealership is the first place we will shop. More
We were not looking for a car or in the market for a new car when we totaled our car. This made the need for choosing a vehicle and replacing ours a priority. We started looking at many different makes and models when we found the new 2012 Subaru Impreza i2.0 HB. We dealt with numerous dealerships and salesmen over a two week period of time. We can tell you that by far, the contact with the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership and Lance Willhite especially were the best of all of our dealings during a stressful period in our lives! Lance was extremely friendly and professional by phone and email and when we arrived at the dealership for a test drive, we found all of the persons there to be friendly and sociable. We enjoyed our purchase of the car and you can not say that about too many dealerships and salesmen! More

He was supportive and enthusiastic, guiding us through what could have been an anxiety-evoking process. Instead, Lance made sure that we were constantly kept aware of the progress of our application, purchase and delivery of our new Subaru Impreza. There were no unforseen or unpleasant surprises. Lance handled everything superbly. We were not handed off to anyone else. He is the only one at the dealership that we dealt with. He was there when we submitted our first inquiry about the car and was on the phone when the car was delivered. We did not meet Mr. Willhite in person because he is in Georgia and we are in Connecticut. However, we felt that Lance was there with us at all times. He gave us a great deal on the new Impreza and had it delivered to our front door in impeccable condition. The same delivery truck picked up our trade-in for the trip back to Georgia. The new Impreza is everything we hoped for. It is flawless and was obviously examined by Mr. Willhite before it left Atlanta. On the day the car was delivered, Zora stepped out on the front porch, saw that beautful new Subaru and exclaimed, "That was as easy as ordering a pizza!" We are completely satisfied with the car that we purchased from Subaru of Gwinnett/Atlanta. And every time we talk about our car-buying experience, we will say something nice about Lance Willhite. I live in Ohio, Bought a used car on line from them. He was extremely straightforward with us, provided a price we were comfortable with, showed us our financing options clearly, and treated us with respect (all a refreshing change of pace from our experience earlier in the day at another dealership). All of the staff with whom we interacted were friendly, professional, and truly top-notch. It was far and away the best car-buying experience I have ever had. More
I bought a Forester in 2003 from Subaru of Gwinnett. My experience with them, both sales and service over the years has been totally positive. I bought another Forester today 10/22/11 because the car is awesome and the dealership is top notch. They gave me a price that beat Cars Direct, then gave a further discount for being a previous Subaru owner.
