This is my 2nd Subaru from SOG, Forester for 3 years and now the Tribeca, and Jill has been there to take care of me from the beginning. We gave the Forester to my daughter and she loves it. Subaru of Gwinnett was an overall great experience for me from the initial e-mail to pulling away in my new car. I emailed Swindia and about 10 emails later we had come to an agreement. Swindia was great. She tracked down the exact car we wanted, had it shipped from Alabama all the while keeping us fully informed. For the past 6-7 years and 3 Outbacks, I have chosen to get my car serviced at SOG. The main reason for this is JILL THURSTON. I have got to say that Subaru of Gwinnett provided me with the best dealer expierence of my life. I am 60 years old and have dealt with numerous car dealers over the years. None of them come remotely close to providing the positive expierence of SOG. I knew what I wanted when I called and worked with Lance over the phone and negoiated the price. No xx, he was very straight forward and came in $600.00 cheaper than any other dealer. Most of the paperwork was done by the time I walked in the door, the car was ready to go. I was selling my 2010 Honda Accord to a third party who was meeting me at SOG to complete the deal. Lance and Mike were very welcoming to my cars' buyers, even though they had nothing to gain from the deal. Lance lent us his desk to complete the transaction. Lance even went out and filled my car up with gas for the new owners. WOW! I was blown away. I can't say enough good things about the guys at SOG, straight forward, honest, no preassure, no hype and the best pricing around. And the best part is I love my new Silver Outback Limited. More
