We worked with Lance primarily over the internet as we live in Florida and were looking for certain options on a '13 Outback before they were widely available here in FL in AUG of '12. SOGwinnett had the options we were looking for based on their online inventory/website. Our challenge was a 2011 Honda Pilot trade in. Lance was able to provide an excellent trade in offer that seriously exceeded what other dealers were able to provide. We took a leap of faith --driving all the way up to Atlanta with our trade in (wife and two children under 3) to execute the purchase and trade in. We were concerned that the offer quoted over email based on info provided and pictures of our trade in - inside and out - would not be honored and we'd be placed in a "take it or leave it" position but this never happened with Lance and the team at Gwinnett. They inspected our vehicle as we inspected the new one and there was never any issues whatsoever! Everything stated over email and the phone was honored. We also appreciated Lance's assistance with getting the car tinted and a remote starter installed before we showed up. Finally, they took care of our FL title and registration for us...no issues as an out of state customer. There was one issue with regards to documentation of the amount of the trade in that would have impacted the taxable value of the new vehicle for me but once i pointed it out--they made the correction on the spot. This is our first Subaru and we must say that we walked away with a great car and an extremely positive experience from Lance and the entire team there at Gwinnett. We wholeheartedly would recommend Lance to anyone and would recommend anyone in the region to check with Gwinnett before going final with their local dealer. Our apologies for the late submission. I had been bringing my Subaru Forester to be serviced at this dealer for the past 5 years, and they really valued me as a customer. Jill Thurston was the person who sold me on staying with Subaru because she always made sure that I received the highest quality of service and value every time I brought my Forester to the shop. When it was time to replace my Subaru, I considered multiple options in the luxury market and sports utility category. What made me choose a Subaru for the second time was the level of service, reliability, and excellence delivered by Subaru and its people. When I was ready to begin the formal purchasing/negotiation process, Jill Thurston introduced me to Swindia Matos who is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. She made me feel at ease because she was courtious, professional, and honest. She worked with me every bit of the way to ensure that I received the best value possible in the purchase of my new vehicle. At the end of the negotiation process I believe we reached a happy medium where we both walked away satisfied with our agreement. Even after the purchase, Swindia was very good about following-up and making sure that I was happy with my new Outback purchase. Both Swindia and Jill delivered the highest level of service; exceeding my expectations. In the entire sales process I never felt like a customer, but a friend. That level of service will keep me coming back to Subaru of Gwinnett for many years to come. More

My purchase was handled primarily over the internet until it came time to finalize everything. Swindia was quick to reply to any questions I had and was nothing but professional and kind throughout the entire process. I also briefly worked with Jennifer Kessler for some of the final paperwork and she was just as pleasant. I drove 150 miles to get to the dealership and would gladly do it again on my next Subaru. Jill is an outstanding representative of how all service people should interact with clients. As far as I am concerned she walks on water and can part the seas. I have been taking my 2003 Forester to SOG since acquiring it in 2005. Jill has been magnificent!. She rescued me from a dismal subaru dealer/service in Texas when I was stranded and couldn't get any service- she intervened on my behalf. I was a victim of the economy turn down for over a year and thanks to Jill I was able to maintain my car and its service due to the fact she worked miracles. Because of Jill I keep returning and have converted several friends and colleques to the subaru family. Shes a keeper. More

I had planned on buying a new Honda Civic and just decided on a whim to stop by and look at the Subaru's since my brother has a Forester and told me how reliable that it has been for him. I was met by Swindia Matos and she was very nice and showed me a 2012 Legacy that they had left . I still was not completely sold on the car since I had worked out a deal on the Civic. When I told them that I was going with the Civic since they were offering a better financing deal they said to give them a chance and I did. They came back and matched the deal that I had made with Honda. Since the Legacy was a much better and what I would say is an upgrade to the Civic I told them that I would be more than happy to make the deal. Swindia was great getting this deal put together. I am completely happy with the car and would recommend Swindia and the dealership to anyone that is looking for a new car. More
