We were in the market for a new car and requested an internet price quote on a XV Crosstrek. Following receipt of the quotes, we visited the dealership without making an appointment. Although Swindia was working with other customers at the time, she still found time to talk with us about the Crosstrek. We made an appointment for the following day to test drive both the Crosstrek and the Outback; throughout the process, Swindia was very patient and answered all of our questions. After test driving the Crosstrek and the Outback, we settled on the Outback as it was larger and offered more leg room in the passenger area for our children. Swindia worked with her manager to get the best possible price for the options that we most wanted. Throughout the entire process, Swindia and the staff at Subaru of Gwinnett treated us very professionally and did not pressure us to consider options that we did not want. More
