I was in the market of trading in my Ford Focus for a new Subaru Crosstrek XV. I checked the dealerships that were around me and I found Subaru of Gwinnett online and had seen they had a new 2013 Subaru Cros Subaru Crosstrek XV. I went to the dealership and was happy to be greeted by someone immediately and was happy that my sales representative was Swindia Matos. Swindia did everything in her power in order to get me into the Crosstrek XV I had my eyes on. She worked with me on the price and also for the value of my trade in. She even stayed after they closed to make sure the deal was ready for signing the next day. I signed the papers and I am now the proud owner of the Subaru Crosstrek XV. The Subaru Forester is highly rated in every category AND we were able to find the manual transmission model we were seeking. That, coupled with the total professional/friendly atmosphere at the dealership and the people we worked with...Swindia, our salesperson, Mike in finance and Leon in the insurance area, made the overall new car experience a most pleasant one. Subaru of Gwinnett provided the 'lagniappe' that separates it from other dealerships and we would highly recommend our 'sales team' AND the product to anyone! More

I had a horrible car experience at another dealership which ended in months full of paperwork to get things corrected, threats to report a business to the BBB and lots of headaches. I decided to try subaru because we know that at least they are good quality. I can say with no exaggeration that it was the best customer service that I have experienced and that we are so hAppy overall. Not only did we get the car that we wanted at a comfortable price point (which is great considering the amount of negative equity we had), Mrs. Trina went the extra mile and even taught me how to drive stick ( very successfully I might add). I was in a very complicated situation with my husband deployed, being in between duty stations, not even being a Georgia resident on top of being a brand new mother but the dealership and all of its staff were very friendly, very patient, and more than willing to help. I now know subaru only hires the best and you can bet our next car and cars after that will be subaru. So if you want a great car without being hustled or taken advantage go please go to subaru of Gwinnett and ask for Mrs. Trina. You will leave feeling great. More
