I purchased a new 2014 subaru wrx from SoG. I do so mainly through email communication with Trina, the internet, sales representative. The process was painless and I was able to agree on a all-in price prior to going to SoG to pick up my vehicle. This significantly reduced the time it took and I was able to trade in my vehicle and drive off the lot in my new vehicle in less than two hours upon arriving at the dealership.I found Trina to be very attentive to my needs. She contacted me 3 months after my initial inquiry to inform me the new models were in without needing me to prompt for a follow-up. In addition, Trina was the most transparent with the fees/costs associated with the car purchase of the 4 Subaru dealerships I contacted in the greater Atlanta area, which took out the hassle of the standard day long haggling process you typically experience when purchasing a new vehicle. All in all, I am very satisfied and would recommend SoG as the go-to dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. I should also mention they have the highest selection of wrxs with varying options of all the inventory I browsed online within the area. More

When I got to the dealership, the car I was looking at was all ready to go and parked up front. Trina Mack helped with with all my questions about the car. The paperwork was smooth and fast and everyone including the finance guy was super nice. When everything was complete, Trina came out and helped me figure out my new car and even set up my Bluetooth. Even when the sale was complete, I still had questions regarding registration and my trade in loan they paid off. Trina was always quick to respond to my emails even when they were outside of normal business hours. My experience at Subaru of Gwinnett was great. They made everything fast and easy and you can tell that they work hard to make their customers happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
We had a great experience at Subaru of Gwinnett working with Lance Willhite. We were shopping for a Subaru Forester and other comparable vehicles from competing brands. We price shopped utilizing other dealers and the Costco auto-program, and Lance was very patient with all this and successfully competed for and won our business. We purchased a car with a lot of options including customized aftermarket leather, and all these items were taken car of with out a hitch, exactly according to our specifications. His overall demeanor led us to purchase a 2014 Outback. Additionally, Jim Heet, handled my initial visit to the dealership while Lance was on his day off. Jim was excellent in showing me additional vehicles that more suited my taste. Jim was not the initial sales contact, Lance was, but Jim attended to assist me in a test drive and sales questions as if I was his customer. That was impressive and it led me to contact Lance the next day to seal a purchase of a Outback, limited model. That was true teamwork and in my 40 years of purchasing various vehicles , I had never seen such service . In addition, the Finance Manger, Mike Anderson,was most professional and expedited the processing of or financing in a very professional manner, never using high pressure tactics for warranty sales, and other add on products. He explained everything clearly and never pressured us to purchase additional add on items. Mike, even helped us save some money after explaining in his opinion on what best suited our needs regarding extended warranty programs. Mike could have easily stayed quite and it would have cost us several hundred additional dollars for necessary warranty coverage based on our needs. That was impressive! I will highly recommend Suburu of Gwinnett to my friends regarding my experience and especially in regards to Lance, Jim and Mike who exemplify. the best in salesmanship. I purchased my Outback from SOG when I lived in Gwinnett and was pleased with the service I received. I subsequently moved to Decatur and have had the opportunity to visit a newly opened Subaru dealer very and was pleased with the service I received. I subsequently moved to Decatur and have had the opportunity to visit a newly opened Subaru dealer very close to my house for service. I went there twice and will not return. The level of courtesy and professionalism at SOG is so far superior to that of the dealership near my home that I now drive the extra miles to patronage SOG when I can be confident that the work will be done correctly at a fair price. Having previously owned a Subaru, I already knew what I wanted. What sold me on me on Gwinnett was the fast response I received to my internet inquiry and the friendly, helpful Swindia. She answered all my questions regarding the Outback and even found me a car out of state after she sold me on a Limited rather than the Premium I originally intended to purchase. I dislike buying cars and Swindia made the experience very pleasurable. She even had me bring in my dog! I believe she is a credit to your organization.
