2013 XV Crosstrek My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru BRZ from Subaru of Gwinnett with Trina. Unfortunately, we were not able to keep the BRZ, so we decided to My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru BRZ from Subaru of Gwinnett with Trina. Unfortunately, we were not able to keep the BRZ, so we decided to trade it back in for a Crosstrek. The day that we decided we went looking for Crosstrek we headed to a Stiver's Subaru, and were extremely disappointed in their sales team and they way that they handled us as costumers. Trina called us to follow up on the car, and we informed her of what was going on, so we headed back to Subaru of Gwinnett. Trina had the exact car that we were looking for waiting for us when we pulled up to the dealership. We are extremely satisfied with the service that they provide at Subaru of Gwinnett and we will return when it comes time for us to purchase our next Subaru. Finally, My Dream Car Became Reality! I had been wanting to get a new Subaru BRZ for months. Once I became financially able to do so, I started making inquires to various places. With my credit being just fair, I had to include my mother as a co-signer before anyone would even consider providing an auto loan. Even with mom co-signing and me having good income (more than enough to pay for the car), I would either get turned down, or be asked to put down a outrageous down payment (one institution wanted me to put down about 8 grand!). Then I found Subaru of Gwinnett in which I was referred to Ms. Swindia Matos. I first spoke to her over the phone. She was very interested in helping me and asked specifically what I wanted, and what I was able to do financially. She took great initiative and didn't give up finding a bank that would provide the loan. To my amazement, she found a bank that was willing to finance! I'll never forget the moment she told me I was approved! Thank you Swindia, and thank you Subaru of Gwinnett! - A very happy customer. More

I read the quick descripition of the different sales persons and picked Swindia Matos. I did not expect to find the perfect sales person but apparently I DID. She explained the different models and opitions to my wife and in no time my wife pick the one she wanted. After that we were quoted a great price on the one she picked and the rest was a breeze, everyone at the dealership was great not just to us but also Oscar (our dog) who now has a new car to ride around with us. If you are in the market for a Subaru don't waste time looking just drive to Subaru of Gwinnett and ask for Swindia Matos, you will not be disappointed. More
It was time to replace my 16 year old car. I did some research and decided that a Subaru Outback would fit my needs. I did not want to spend a lot of time visiting all the different local dealers and tes research and decided that a Subaru Outback would fit my needs. I did not want to spend a lot of time visiting all the different local dealers and test driving car after car, so on a whim I responded to an internet search to "find the best internet pricing on a Subaru". Most of the Subaru dealers in the area responded by email and phone call to my search. I decided to visit the closest dealer to learn more and test drive a Subaru Outback. I confirmed it was the car I wanted, but the dealer experience didn't connect with me and the weather was bad so I put my car search on hold. But, I continued to get emails and phone calls from my internet search. Swindia Matos at Subaru of Gwinnett was the only email response that provided me with detailed information including pricing. We exchanged several emails narrowing in on the car features I wanted and she worked through the details of taking my car as a trade in, all over the internet. Once she confirmed they had the car I wanted on their lot, I scheduled an appointment. There were a couple of issues with my trade in that I thought would be a problem once they were understood, but Swindia worked through those issues very timely and I drove my new 2014 Subaru Outback home. Swindia's attentiveness and timely follow through made my car buying experience a very good one. I would recommend Subaru of Gwinnett to anyone interested in a Subaru. Got my trade-in independently evaluated, then, and only then, did I consider test drives. I went on Saturday, test drove and fell in love with the vehicle! Lance Willhite found one with the color and options I wanted, and it was ready for me on Monday. Even though they were very busy with month end traffic, I felt warmly welcomed to the dealership and was walked through the steps to get me into my new car, with no rush or fuss. I can honestly recommend the folks at Subaru of Gwinnett from Mike in the finance office and every single person I came into contact with. I cannot thank Lance enough for every thing he did to make this such a pleasant experience.
