Swindia was top knotch, she took her time with Kelly and explained in details all the features of the car. She covered things that Kelly did not even know was offered on the car. Swindia made Kelly feel very much at ease with the whole transaction. He helped my wife get very comfortable with the Outback. He understands the product extremely well and put Jan at ease very quickly. No pressure, put up with our multiple trips very well and even with me forgetting the title for the cat we were trading in didn't faze him at all. I later received all of the registration documents fully prepped including a check prepared for South Carolina DMV for the previously collected tax. I literally handed over the paper work at the dmv and was registered! No muss no fuss! That was a first! This dealership has its stuff together. I would definitely recommend!
