I first went to go just test drive and get more info on the vehicle and Matthew Buckles was great. He was down to earth and informative- I never felt pressured to buy or sign that day from him (which is really unexpected from a car salesmen). He knew I was going to come back once my parents got in town and he was always available beforehand if I ever had any questions or concerns. He was amazing and I can’t thank him enough for his help in finding the perfect vehicle for me! I loveeeee my Crosstrek! More

Very pleasant and painless process to purchase a new car. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. After doing much research, I narrowed the choices to a Subaru Outback and a Toyota Highlander. After visiting 2 de I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. After doing much research, I narrowed the choices to a Subaru Outback and a Toyota Highlander. After visiting 2 dealerships and test driving both vehicles, I chose the Subaru. My salesperson, Mike Quigley, was very friendly, knowledgeable and not "pushy". The salesperson I had at the Toyota dealership was equally qualified but when I told him I was not going to make a purchase until I went to the Subaru dealership, he excused himself and returned with someone who was questioning me about my decision to try the Subaru. I did not appreciate his attitude nor his questioning of my decision. While that was not the deciding factor in my final choice, it certainly played a part. Everyone at the Subaru dealership was very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. I was encouraged to take all the time I needed and was not questioned about my decision to try the Toyota. More
