Both the manager and the sales representative were personal and cooperative through the entire process of buying the car.Their interest was that we bought The car that we wanted. Great Experience overall - from online browsing, pre-qualifying, and booking test drive, to follow-through in person on day of purchase. Pre-booked test drive selected car was ready for test drive pre-qualifying, and booking test drive, to follow-through in person on day of purchase. Pre-booked test drive selected car was ready for test drive when we arrived. After test drive, we were interested in a vehicle not currently on Subaru of Gwinnett lot, but the sales staff was able to find one nearby and still made an effort to allow us to drive a loaner until our new vehicle was transported and ready for pickup a few days later. The last part of the dealership experience with finance team seemed a little surprising with upsells on PPM, extended warranties, GAP insurance, etc. Sales negotiations had already occurred (so i thought) only to be hit with a brand new list of add-ons with a different person /team. This the low point of the experience and a little frustrating. Despite this, I would recommend Subaru of Gwinnett to friends based on overall experience at the dealership. More
