Excellent customer service, my service manager Juan was very friendly and explained all of the service items to be done on my 2019 Forester. Being new to Subaru, he explained the all wheel drive system to very friendly and explained all of the service items to be done on my 2019 Forester. Being new to Subaru, he explained the all wheel drive system to me, I do a lot of hiking in the mountains of N. GA and N.C. and have come close to getting stuck on some dirt roads. An interesting side note: When I returned home and looked in the center consol, there was a SunTrust bank envelope with 3 $20 bills in it, I called the dealership to let them know it wasn't mine thinking someone put it there by accident. It was discovered by the technician changing out the cabin filter and was stuck between the glove box. As it turns out, it belongs to my friend who I bought the vehicle from and he had forgot about it. I commend Gwinnett Subaru on this, it could have been kept by anyone who found it and I would have never know it existed. I will continue to bring my forester to this location for all future servicing! More

This was easily one of the best car buying experiences I have encountered. They were not afraid to use email to negotiate a deal. When I came in, they stuck to the deal we agreed prior. They even had a We Owe on one item (something that had to be done later to fulfill our agreement, but could not be done at the time of sale). The service department was quick to schedule the 'We Owe', knew it was coming, and were very friendly about it. That may seem a strange thing to mention, but having had a plenty other cars in my lifetime, getting a We Owe commitment met easily is quite a nice thing to encounter. More
