I had my car towed into the dealership as it would not start. It was dropped off at the used car lot instead of the new lot with the service center. This was not the fault of the dealer, but the non-affil start. It was dropped off at the used car lot instead of the new lot with the service center. This was not the fault of the dealer, but the non-affiliated tow company. The driver called and told me the car had been dropped off so I called the dealer to let them know it was there. I was told that it had not been checked in, but would be soon. We arrived at the dealer about an hour later and our car was no on the lot that we could see, so I went to the service desk to get a status only to find out the car has not been checked in and no one had seen it. We looked around and the service person went looking for it too. I trudged up the hill to the used lot to go look for it and found it on the other side of the lot. I looked for the keys that were to be left in the car, but they were not there. i called my wife, who stayed down in the new car lot, and she said that the keys were brought to her by the service person?! The car wont start, which is why it was towed in. I went back down the hill and got the keys so I could see if the people at the used lot could jump start it to so i could get it down the hill (the battery was bad and leaking) I got someone in the service department up there to jump start the car and he said "this happens all of the time, drivers drop the car up here, but we don't do the service." I drove the car down to the new service department. The battery was replaced an hour and a half later, that was fine, my issue is the lack of communication. How could they not see the car being dropped off?(1230p) why did no one call down to to the new car service or someone from the service department call up there to see if a car was dropped off? Why did I have to get the car down to the new service department? More

While waiting it the customer area Jill approached us asking if there was anything she could get us, water, coffee etc.. although we were ok, very nice to at check on us. Yes, expectations exceeded.
