The service itself is outstanding. What is NOT outstanding is your system of booking an appointment online. I booked 2 days prior to service and got an email saying a service rep would contact me outstanding is your system of booking an appointment online. I booked 2 days prior to service and got an email saying a service rep would contact me to confirm details; nobody called. I then called the service number to see if my appointment was booked, got voicemail of the service manager and left a message asking for callback to confirm; again, nobody called. So I just showed up for my service appointment, unsure if I was really booked or not. Your followup on this was awful. More
