Best customer service ever (hands down!), lousy repair job. Very disappointed vehicle not repaired correctly the first time, was brought in at Subaru request per AC recall. After new AC installed it fail job. Very disappointed vehicle not repaired correctly the first time, was brought in at Subaru request per AC recall. After new AC installed it failed within 3 weeks because of a faulty O ring. There was no AC issue before it was brought in for the recall. Somebody probably forgot to install the O ring (my guess but not what I was told) Hats off to Subaru Customer Service, they really do a fantastic job helping customers with loaner cars, which at least lets us be productive instead of sitting in a waiting room for hours. You guys are awesome. I'd like to award 5 stars but I did have to come back because someone dropped the ball. More

SoG is a dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking for not only sales but also service. The service team goes above and beyond to make sure that all of your concerns are addressed and fixed, looking for not only sales but also service. My last visit, although they were not able to duplicate my issue, they recognized that my concern is real and that if it crops up again, to bring it in. I also sustained minor cosmetic damage to my vehicle a few weeks ago, due to not seeing remnants of a truck tire. They not also washed my vehicle, they also detailed the front end, removing all visible tire rubber markings. I did not ask for this service but it was provided. I am grateful Kyle, the service advisor, is knowledgeable and always wonderful to work with. More
