At Hiley the sale process included deception at the payment stage and was maddening as the service department due to slow and inconsiderate, at times rude treatment. But I loved that XV Crosstrek. Traded it in on a used Forester from Five Star. The car is very good. The service and follow-up has been wonderful. I'm not kidding. I'll drive the extra miles to return to Five Star and avoid the 'other' no good dealership. More
