Until I had my Subaru Outback, I never used a dealership to service a car, but the service dept. at Subaru World of Newton, is always there for me. I made a service appointment and when I arrived. they did have it on the books. Charged me a $199.00 diagnostic fee for my oil light. I was never told about this fee when I made the appointment.
