worst experience ever! Was trading in my Impreza (that I bought there) and when I and when the salesman brought out the paper work he tried to charge me $999 for document Was trading in my Impreza (that I bought there) and when I and when the salesman brought out the paper work he tried to charge me $999 for document fees and a VIS Premium fee of $1895 which was explained as the cost to fix up my trade in! What Bull! So much for customer loyalty. More

It was a standard first oil change but when I asked about a problem with my dash and passenger door it became disappointing. When they gave me my vehicle, it appears they wiped the dash with a white paper t a problem with my dash and passenger door it became disappointing. When they gave me my vehicle, it appears they wiped the dash with a white paper towel which left a residue on the dash and passenger door. I asked Edgar about it and he told me to go to Walmart and buy Amor All and clean it myself???? I just got the vehicle where they gave it to me like that and that’s how they treated me???? DISAPPOINTED 😠 More
