Subaru World of Newton

I took my car to Subaru World of Newton to get my flat fixed, it was irreparable sadly. I talked with Bryan in the service department and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smoo fixed, it was irreparable sadly. He made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. He went out of his way to make sure I was personally taken care of, something I’m sure he does for every customer. Service like this doesn’t happen much anymore in this world we live in, so when it happens to you it stands out. I had to go back the next day to finish things off and Bryan was there waiting for me and finished taking care of me until he knew everything was done right. If this is the quality of service members Subaru World employs, I’ll be back many times and I’ll tell everyone I know to go there.
