Excellent Leasing Experience I was debating between a few very similar midsize SUVs and was having difficulty making a final decision. I'm so glad I visited Subaru Stamford and decided to lease a vehicle from them. The experience at the dealership was friendly and helpful, not salesy at all. They seemed like they truly wanted to help find the right car for me in all regards, not just push me into leasing a Subaru. Bob took the time to discuss all of the different models, service packages, etc so that we could make an educated decision that was right for our family in terms of pricing and features, leasing packages etc. Leasing from Subaru Stamford felt more like working with an advisor or family member to make a decision vs. a true "sale". I would definitely recommend the dealership and the car is fantastic too. Thank you! More

For those with no time to car shop read this! I will start by saying I am a bit of a car buying snob. I have zero patience with car dealerships. Time is money on both ends. I have purchased 5 Subaru's in the past 8 years and also other brands in that time. I pretty much buy a car every 1.5 years for my wife or myself. My sale person Robert Creasy was literally amazing. Super responsive and very knowledgeable of the Subaru product line. What impressed me most of all is the fact I don’t even know the sales manager that approved the deal. Deal was done with trade-in and I don’t even know his/her name. This was a first for me! If it were my dealership I would put him in charge of internet sales. For whatever reason most dealerships literally suck in this area. All they want to say is come in come in. Which literally begs the question is it really an internet department! Well, some people aren't local, but they will come in to finalize a purchase and drive a new car home! If you are like me and don’t have time to waste car shopping. Fair Deal and Awesome Team I purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy 3.6r at this dealership through Ken Freeman. He was great at guiding me though the deal. Low pressure, laid back and I purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy 3.6r at this dealership through Ken Freeman. He was great at guiding me though the deal. Low pressure, laid back and pretty much always left the ball in my court. The decision was mine after all and he reassured that. the finance experience was a little higher pressure but nothing crazy, it was also really quick. This dealership really stood out on the actions they took after I took the car home. Two things: 1. Ken followed up to make sure loose ends were tied up on their philanthropic campaign. 2. Three days after I had the car, I noticed that there was damage on the lower bumper and that the exhaust finisher was hanging low. Looks like this damage may have happened from lot moves or transferring from another dealership before the sale to me. Whatever the case, I went back to the dealer and spoke to the head of sales who aside from a a little skepticism at first, completely reassured me that car would be taken car of and admitted that this probably happened somewhere in the cars pre-purchase history. I was honestly expecting to go in and deal with a whole fiasco and it could not have been further from that. Thank you to Ken, the sales manager and Alison in service for assisting me and walking me through this process. More

Great customer service. The service here is phenomenal. They take time to explain the details of everything and they are not in a hurry. They even worked with me with the price which other dealers refused, so I refused to give my business too. Little things that made you feel the dealer is not greedy and won’t budge even a little bit and made other dealers look they don’t care about the sale but only the profit that they can get nothing more nothing less.
