I was able to track down your digital conversations with our Sales Manager and Linda because she absolutely never gets bad reviews. I've spoken to both Linda and our Sales Manager and nowhere did I see any nastiness on anyone's part. I understand that Linda had an appointment that went over but I'm told that our seasoned Sales Consultant David helped you out while she was finishing up. I also see that there was a difference of opinion on the trade value which can sometimes happen. Linda is not only a wonderful person, she was recently honored as the #1 Sales Consultant in New England by Subaru of New England. I made a 3:45 pm appointment and waited till 4:30 all while the salesperson knew I was waiting. I then told another salesperson what I was looking for. No one helped me . At the same time you low balled on my trade in vs every other dealer I visited . Your salesperson may be great but that clearly wasn't my experiance! My review is completely accurate.
