Took vehicle in for dealer to look at parasitic battery drain issue, made the "mistake" of asking service attendant for documentation showing that I dropped off my vehicle. The assistant service manager, Alyson Santos interjected himself into my interaction with service attendant - asking "if that was your fist time at at dealership? You are acting like you have never been to a dealership before." In all my decades of having my vehicles serviced "at dealerships", I have never had an encounter where the staff was so blatantly rude, condescending and belittling. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, however, I will not be purchasing a third from them. Interesting enough, I took my vehicle and left and went to another Subaru dealer whose service attendant had absolutely no issue providing me with proof that I dropped of my vehicle for servicing.
