Easy used car buying experience My Wife and I purchased a used Toyota Avalon limited from Mastro Subaru on Novelmber 4. We test drove the car on Thursday Nov 2 and requested an " out My Wife and I purchased a used Toyota Avalon limited from Mastro Subaru on Novelmber 4. We test drove the car on Thursday Nov 2 and requested an " out the door price" which we were provided in writing within 10 minutes ( very impressive ). We talked it over and called Gene Honeycutt on Saturday morning and arranged another longer and more extensive test drive and they gladly accommodated us. We returned to dealership and made them an offer and within 10 minutes were told we had a deal. No back and forth or haggling or " let me check with my manager BS ". Nobody could ask for a more pleasant or painless interaction. I had always heard good things about Mastro Subaru and now know why. Base on my experience I would strongly recommend this dealership whether you are buying new or like me, used. More
Great experience with Gene Honeycutt and Mastro team I came in with a specific car in mind, Gene Honeycutt was a pleasure to work with. He actually called to let me know they ran out of stock of the Cros I came in with a specific car in mind, Gene Honeycutt was a pleasure to work with. He actually called to let me know they ran out of stock of the Crosstek. I appreciated Gene's integrity and came in anyway to appraise my trade-in. Once there Gene and the team were able to get a 2017 Crosstek shipped from Orlando, while at the dealership Gene and I drove an Impreza hatchback. I knew that was the car for me. Although we had to the dance again around pricing ;) I was able to leave that day with a fair price for my Mustang and drove home in an 2018 Impreza. Lisa was also a pleasure to deal with at closing. Would recommend Mastro and Gene Honeycutt to anyone looking for a Subaru and an sincere sales agent. More

2017 Outback Adrian was very helpful and informative. He is a straight shooter and made the process of buying a new car easy and hassle free. Amazing first time Subaru experience We needed to replace our 2005 Honda CRV. All of our research kept pointing to Subaru. I grew up in Seattle where they are very, very common. We looked at used Subarus at Carmax and saw that for just a little bit more we could get a brand-new Subaru at Mastro. We contacted Gabby via the Internet and went in for a test drive. While there, we met Troy, who was on his first day. Troy ended up working with us through much of the process. We were very impressed with the Forrester and even more impressed with the safety features and maintenance. Troy walked us through every step. Even the sales office was relatively low pressure. We could choose to add things or not not. I had sworn that I would never buy a brand-new car again before this but cannot speak highly enough of Mastro Subaru and their staff and process. More

I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the past 40+ years, from various dealers across the south. Some good experiences and some not so much. Tim’s approach is low pressure. He answered all my questions, did the research I asked for, and is very knowledgeable about his product and autos in general. He made me feel confident and trustful in making a large $ purchase from Mastro. And, I got the same feeling from his colleagues as well. Rachel joined my wife and I for a test drive and fielded many questions about the EyeSight system, it benefits and how to operate it. We’re looking forward to the Love-Encore visit, and learning how to use of all the advanced features of our new Subaru Crosstrek. Lisa is clearly a veteran in financial side of the business. Highly competent in quickly executing a small mountain of paperwork. I greatly appreciated her clear and concise explanations throughout the transaction, and her insights into the long term considerations of a new car purchase. When Tim was occupied with a test drive for another customer, Seth stepped in to talk with us and help answer questions, and get the process going to evaluate my trade-in vehicle. I love it when the manager works side by side with his team to get a job done. This was our best experience ever with a new car purchase. Even the coffee was great! More

Professional, friendly staff, CLEAN showroom, waiting room, service area and even the car lot area!! They know their own product......as well as other brands/makes. And they take their time, NO hard-sell but.....are determined to make the car and the deal match your needs and expectations!!
