Makes Water then Walks on It. I've bought a lot of cars in my life... Lexus, Mercedes, Pinninfarina.... and, I've generally never thought much about the dealership experience. Gene I've bought a lot of cars in my life... Lexus, Mercedes, Pinninfarina.... and, I've generally never thought much about the dealership experience. Generally, it's a pain. And, in some cases, the dealership tries to keep you in place to solidify your "commitment" based on the time you've invested in the process. Not here. These guys were great. Every single one of them. To clarify, I already had a Subaru Forrester... it's was about 2 years old, but decided to go for a new one! My other car is a Tesla P85D! :-) I bought my Forrester in another County and had it serviced by a closer dealership. Even though Mastro is further away, my husband did some research and suggested we should go there...We went Thursday and picked up the new Forrester today. Our Sales handler, Gene Honeycutt was GREAT. Knowledgable. Nice. These are the things you expect in a sales person, but Gene was exceptional. In the last Subaru, because my husband signed the check, the dealership made everything out in his name...And we coud not get that changed! What a pain. This time, I made it clear to Gene that the car is mine, that my husband drives a Tesla and before we finished the paperwork the emails from Subaru were coming into my iphone... And, when we parked it while we went to lunch, the phone told me that the car was just 40 feet away with the exact location! OMG. The tech works so well!!!! Julio A did a great job with the paperwork and everyone got us through the process efficiently. Professional. Personable. Loved this and loved the idea that they took time to explain that while any location can do the service, if we come back to them, it benefits the dealership as well as me! The are completely on board with the real Subaru vibe and, frankly, as we walked in on pick up day, there was a planting with a "native Florida" sign, a bird feeder and a butterfly attractive plant. Once, when we bought a Honda CRV a bunch of years ago, I told the sales guy.... I will write you a check for the full amount if you will get me out of here in an hour. I just didn't feel that way today. A fabulous experience. A great car. A good day. More

Erica went above and beyond answering questions and being patient while I made my choices. I never felt pressured. The entire process was seamless -- excellent customer service. When I drove my new Crosstrek off the lot I felt like I truly got the best value for my budget and driving needs. A couple of my friends are thinking about buying Subaru's and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to Masturo. More

When all sales representatives were busy the gentlemen from the service department showed and explained the new cars to me. Made sure I got with a sales rep. They were never pushy to buy, were patient even when I took months to decided, and helped with a custom order. I felt like a family as I got to meet so many if the team members to help me out. I plan on always buying through them! More

I have ever had We came in to this dealership expecting the same hassles you generally get from buying a car however at mastro subaru it was totally different from st We came in to this dealership expecting the same hassles you generally get from buying a car however at mastro subaru it was totally different from start to finish the staff made us feel welcomed and unpressured they were wonderful the salesman Joesph and Manager Julio answered every question we had and made buying a car from this dealership pleasurable Julio was the finance manager and he went over all the documents completely making sure nothing was missed I have never seen such a thorough finance guy and I have purchased many cars they were both great and I now have a new dealership to send all my friends to Thanks Joesph and Julio for all your hard work and honesty I will deff. Good experience in an ugly industry I hate car buying. The myriad of choices is only made worse by aggressive and sometimes smarmy sales tactics. I experienced none of this at Mastro. Products I liked (Bought an Outback), low pressure friendly and professional people. Easy time in the 'business office' (elsewhere a painful experience) and the Mastro people genuinely seemed interested in us. I gladly write this review and will work with Mastro in the future. More

Quick, smooth new car purchase I arrived at the dealership at 6:30pm with my car to trade in. I had test driven the car I wanted the previous day, so that was out of the way. They offered me a fair amount for my trade, made the lease terms clear and we made the deal. The paperwork was clear and quick and I was out the door driving home in my new car about 8:30pm. I had bought a used Subaru from Mastro in the past and was very pleased with that purchase. I have brought various Subaru’s in for service and their techs and service managers are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mastro to anyone looking for Subaru service, parts or purchasing a new or used car. More
