When I was ready to leave in my new Outback, the detailed put the finishing touches on for me and welcomed my to my car, which was spotless, in a friendly, professional manner. I am not an easy costumer to deal with: I have my needs and wants, and always have questions, but most importantly I wanted a best deal I could get. Gene was the best sales person I've ever met: very patient, knowledgeable, caring, and quick to response. I am please to report we made a deal and I become a Subaru owner!
