We're sorry that you feel this way about the trade in value on your car. We have no desire to create this frustration. It is difficult to put a value on a car without a physical appraisal. Often times KBB is a great tool and we use it for a guide as well. The reality is that every car has a market value and we use multiple sources, such as auction results to make sure we make a fair offer. That being said, you are always welcome to use other sources to sell your car on your own.
