Our salesman was a young man by the name of Lazaro Sanchez. Although he was new with the company, he was knowledgeable, and more importantly, he LISTENED to our needs, wishes, and expectations. Then, he matched us with vehicles in our price range and didn't try to sell us more than we wanted. I really appreciated that. Manager Sean was great and we had a long conversation with him about work, family, kids, and all things other than new cars. Personal connections are so important! When it came time to sign paperwork, there were no surprises and Julio explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. Wonderful purchasing experience from start to finish! I'm a previous purchaser from Mastro so when I was in the market for another Subaru, I knew that's where I'd be going. The whole process was amazing I'm a previous purchaser from Mastro so when I was in the market for another Subaru, I knew that's where I'd be going. The whole process was amazing simple, efficient, and fun! Of course it's exciting to be buying a new car but Gene made the process even more enjoyable. He was willing to spend as little or as much time with me as I wanted going over the features of the car and answering any questions. And the sometimes dreaded financing portion with Julio was a breeze! I even remarked that it was painless and working with him too was enjoyable! Both Gene and Julio were personable and made me feel like a valued customer and part of the Subaru family! Gene continues to check in with me and his customer service is beyond spectacular!
