When I went into the dealership to meet with Erica L, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I was provided all the pricing information and feel like I got a good deal. Erica was fantastic throughout the process, making time to answer all my questions as they came up. Julio A handled the actual purchase and was friendly and straight forward. He did show me a lot of warranties to add on but was not at all pushy about it. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Lisa V. in finance also did a great job presenting my options and making sure I got out the door in a timely manner. It was not a high intensity sale , but rather a approach that made me feel comfortable I was at the right place . I bought the act the car. The business office was just as thoughtful and nice in their approach explaining all charges and offering ( But not pressuring ) options and additions. Got a great deal and love Mastro Subaru. Our salesman was a young man by the name of Lazaro Sanchez. Although he was new with the company, he was knowledgeable, and more importantly, he LISTENED to our needs, wishes, and expectations. Then, he matched us with vehicles in our price range and didn't try to sell us more than we wanted. I really appreciated that. Manager Sean was great and we had a long conversation with him about work, family, kids, and all things other than new cars. Personal connections are so important! When it came time to sign paperwork, there were no surprises and Julio explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand.
