Purchase of Subaru I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback earlier this month from Mastro in Tampa. This purchase was through Costco's Auto Purchase Program. This was by far I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback earlier this month from Mastro in Tampa. This purchase was through Costco's Auto Purchase Program. This was by far the most pleasant car purchase I ever experienced in my many years of buying new/pre owned vehicles. After contacting Costco, I received a call from Gene Honeycutt in less than an hour. When returning to meet wth Gene, he was with a customer and asked Kevin to assist us and take a test drive an Outback and Forester before deciding on the 2018 Outback. Kevin was very knowledgeable and pointed out many of the features. Gene then took over and was extremely pleasant without being pushy. He answered many questions and did not strong arm me in any way. Unfortunately, we were unable to close the deal entirely that day, but we did finish up the following day. Met with Julio to sign the necessary paperwork the second day. He was very pleasant and thorough. We made an appointment with Rachel to go over the many features the next week. She was thorough and also very pleasant and assured us that she is available to assist in the future if necessary. Overall, your organization has been over and above what anyone would normally expect when purchasing a car. I would recommend you without hesitation. More

Best car buying experience in over 50 years I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from Mastro Subaru of Tampa. During the process I dealt with ten dealers representing several types of veh I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from Mastro Subaru of Tampa. During the process I dealt with ten dealers representing several types of vehicles. One of the dealers was well below the other dealers, eight of the dealers were more or less the same, but Mastro Subaru was well above the others. Everyone was friendly, professional, patient, and genuine. I have been buying cars for over 50 years and I have never had an experience like I just had with Mastro Subaru. In the past I have rated a few car dealers with 5 stars, so I have to give Mastro Subaru at least 6 stars. From initial contact to the final purchase everyone was great! Special kudos to Jaime in sales, Sean in management, and Julio in finance. I think the Forester is going to be a great car, but I have not had it long enough to say it is the best car I have ever owned. I can say with out a doubt the car buying experience with Mastro Subaru is, by far, the best I have ever seen I would definitely recommend Mastro Subaru. They were way above expectations. More

When I went into the dealership to meet with Erica L, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I was provided all the pricing information and feel like I got a good deal. Erica was fantastic throughout the process, making time to answer all my questions as they came up. Julio A handled the actual purchase and was friendly and straight forward. He did show me a lot of warranties to add on but was not at all pushy about it. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
