We went on a test drive, he did not rush us and gave some valuable information regarding the vehicle. The finance director Julio was organized and efficient with processing our paperwork. Overall Mastro Subaru left a good impression on us from Gene's knowledge of Subaru's and the overall operation of the dealership. If we decide to buy a second vehicle we will definitely check out Mastro Subaru first! More

I'm family now!!! I was referred to Julio, by a dear church-family friend. I had no idea that the car buying process could be so seamless, painless, worry free. I was g I was referred to Julio, by a dear church-family friend. I had no idea that the car buying process could be so seamless, painless, worry free. I was greeted and treated like family. (Not the kind that you have to deal with, but the ones you actually like and haven't seen in a while). While Julio was busy preparing my paperwork and working with several other "friends", I was able to talk with a "sister in Subaru" (she was on her 4th one). I needed to know what kept pulling her coming back to Subaru. -but back to Julio, when I say, he pulled no punches. There was no bait and switch. If I asked for the impossible, he made it happen anyway. The price was the price and that was it. He took the time to explain every coverage option, everything that was included with the purchase of this Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I don't know if you get to read this, but Thank you so much, Julio, for your prayers and your service. ...and that was just finance! I found this Forester online that I liked, and had many of the options that I wanted. So Julio asked John to pull it off the lot, so together, they can look at it, BEFORE I got there!!! Who does that?!! (They do!! that's who!!) When I did arrive, John got keys and a tag and went with me for a test drive. We had such a good time talking that I forgot to test the sound system. (Lemme wrap this up) I had to leave and think about what just happened to my life... I don't know what I was thinking, but I wasn't expecting to be treated like long lost family from the time I entered to the time I left. John even picked me up, in my car, at my house, on purchase day!! That was a super great surprise! He wanted me to see what it'll look like when it comes home. John, thank you so much for taking great care of me. You guys have inherited a new little sister!!! More

I have to say that my experience at Mastro Subaru with Luis was surprisingly smooth and straightforward. All of my questions were answered with clear details. I was not rushed. Had a good test drive. When I had made my decision to purchase an Outback there was a lot of paperwork but Julio guided me through it, ,explaining each form. I have already referred my neighbors, who were very impressed with my new car. Thanks guys. More

Purchase of Subaru I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback earlier this month from Mastro in Tampa. This purchase was through Costco's Auto Purchase Program. This was by far I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback earlier this month from Mastro in Tampa. This purchase was through Costco's Auto Purchase Program. This was by far the most pleasant car purchase I ever experienced in my many years of buying new/pre owned vehicles. After contacting Costco, I received a call from Gene Honeycutt in less than an hour. When returning to meet wth Gene, he was with a customer and asked Kevin to assist us and take a test drive an Outback and Forester before deciding on the 2018 Outback. Kevin was very knowledgeable and pointed out many of the features. Gene then took over and was extremely pleasant without being pushy. He answered many questions and did not strong arm me in any way. Unfortunately, we were unable to close the deal entirely that day, but we did finish up the following day. Met with Julio to sign the necessary paperwork the second day. He was very pleasant and thorough. We made an appointment with Rachel to go over the many features the next week. She was thorough and also very pleasant and assured us that she is available to assist in the future if necessary. Overall, your organization has been over and above what anyone would normally expect when purchasing a car. I would recommend you without hesitation. More
