We found Mastro thru the TrueCar.com website and was interested in a Subaru Mastro listed. Well, the detail of the vehicle on the website, along with access to the Carfax, convinced us we might have found the Subaru upgrade. Contacted Mastro and Tim promptly replied to us, answered our questions immediately, and was available at the scheduled time we set up. From the instant we sat in the car, Tim became a talking owner’s manual!! He knew how every-and I mean every-switch, button, and knob worked; the safety features; the improvements to a quieter ride; warranty and certified pre-owned particulars. Well, the smooth ride of the Subaru 2.5i Touring, along with the patient, courteous nature of Tim Schlobohm convinced us we had made the right choice. More
